I have earned my Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy Practitioner certificate and I want to help YOU! I want to teach you mindfulness and CBT to help reduce your anxiety/depression/COVID-19 anxiety or whatever else you might be struggling with.
From someone who struggles with anxiety, I use these tools all the time and I want to share with you the tools I use to help me live a better life.
This program would be about 8 weeks with us chatting over text or email (whichever you prefer). Everything you tell me is confidential and you can even give me a fake name if that will make your more comfortable.
