Find Your MANTRA!

I have been searching for years for something to be called my mantra. I was searching for that perfect word or that perfect phrase that I could say to myself over and over that would automatically make me feel better. My anxiety boils down to I am not enough. Whatever I do it never feels like enough. I know it is the anxiety talking and that most things I have accomplished in my life are enough. I found myself saying the words “I am enough” a lot recently and it has really helped me tremendously. I actually want to go get a tattoo on my arm that says “enough” to remind myself that I am enough and I am done apologizing for being who I am.
